Liberty Hauling LLC began as USG Junk Removal by owner Chris in late 2019 in Fayetteville, NC area. Chris spent 20 years in the United States Army with most of his time in Fort Bragg within the Special Operations community. There he was instilled with the mindset of mission focus and mission first.

In early 2000s, Chris hired several junk removal and hauling companies to remove items from properties. During these experiences he found an issue with communication and customer service. From poor communication of pricing, being late with zero notification, as well as items left behind. After many years and a desire to branch out into the business for himself, Chris decided to forge a new path in the removal service industry taking with him, the mentality from the military and knowledge of bad removal experiences.

Liberty Hauling LLC’s vision is to provide full-service junk removal and dumpster rental built upon the value and mentality Chris learned while in the military. This starts with clear, concise communication with upfront answers and prices. During any customer experience, Liberty strives to ensure that expectations are exceeded from the start. That means interacting with the customer to understand the true needs and following through with the promise of quality service.
